FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Find answers by topic, from setup costs and artwork to production timing and garment suitability.

ORDERS & PRICING

Is there a minimum order?

No. Embroidery orders can start from just one piece, so you can order exactly what you need.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Pricing becomes more economical as quantity increases. We also waive the embroidery setup fee on orders of 20 pieces or more.

Do you charge a setup fee?

A one-time setup fee may apply to new custom designs. Standard text using regular fonts is free of setup charges, and setup is also waived on orders of 20 pieces or more.

A hand sketch, image file, clean digital artwork and embroidery stitch file are different file types. If needed, we first recreate your design as digital artwork, with one round of revisions included before approval. Once approved, the artwork is digitised into a stitch path for the embroidery machine. Changes after digitising may require the file to be created again.

We keep the completed stitch file securely on record and can provide a backup copy. Future orders using the same design do not incur another setup fee.

Can I reorder in the future?

Yes. Because we keep your approved stitch file on record, repeat orders are quicker and do not require another setup fee unless the design changes.

ARTWORK & EMBROIDERY FILES

Can you work from a hand sketch or image?

Yes. We can recreate a hand sketch, low-resolution image or printed logo as clean digital artwork. We will match the original as closely as possible, although an exact reproduction cannot always be guaranteed.

Can every logo be embroidered?

Most logos can be embroidered, but thread cannot reproduce every detail in the same way as ink. Very small text, fine lines, gradients or highly detailed artwork may need to be simplified slightly for a clean result.

If embroidery is not suitable, we may recommend DTF or screen printing instead.

Will I receive my embroidery file?

Yes. We keep the final stitch file securely on record and can provide you with a backup copy for future use.

PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND

How long does production take?

Most embroidery orders are completed within 5–10 business days after artwork approval.

If an approved embroidery file is already available, production can usually begin sooner. If artwork needs to be recreated or digitised, please allow a few additional business days for design preparation and approval.

Can you complete urgent orders?

Where our production schedule allows, we will do our best to accommodate urgent deadlines. A rush fee may apply. Please contact us as early as possible, as more notice gives us greater flexibility to meet your preferred date.

GARMENTS & SUITABILITY

Can I supply my own garments?

Yes, customer-supplied garments can be assessed case by case. We recommend confirming suitability before ordering, as some fabrics, seams and garment constructions are not ideal for embroidery.

Which garments are suitable for embroidery?

Embroidery works best on stable garments such as polos, caps, jackets, hoodies, workwear and uniforms. Very thin or delicate fabrics may distort under stitching, so DTF or screen printing may provide a better finish.

Can I mix sizes and garment colours?

Yes. You can mix garment sizes and colours within the same order, subject to stock availability and the same embroidery design being used.

Not sure which decoration method is right?

Send us your artwork, garment details and quantity. We will recommend embroidery, DTF or screen printing based on the design, fabric, quantity and budget.
